Support that
shows up.
Remote first, because it's faster. On-site when it needs hands on it. Either way you're talking to someone who already knows your setup.
Two ways
to buy.
Break-fix. Something's wrong, you call, we fix it. Billed in 15-minute increments after the first half hour. No minimum, no contract, no retainer. Best if you're small, stable, and only need us a few times a year.
Managed. Patching, backups, security monitoring and unlimited remote support for one price. On-site included up to a set number of visits. Best if downtime actually costs you money, or if nobody in the building wants to own this.
Quoted before we start, either way. If a job is going to run long, you hear about it while it's happening — not on the invoice.
